Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused (no signs of application, damage caused by the customer, or wear)
- In original packaging (including all boxes, inserts, and seals)
- Returned due to a quality issue – e.g., manufacturing defect, damage incurred during transit, or wrong item received.
Non‑returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and free promotional products are not returnable. Lauramerciier does not accept returns for “change of mind.”
Return Shipping Cost
Returns for eligible quality issues are free. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at info@lauramerciier.com with your order number and a clear description (photos of the issue are helpful).
- Within 1 business day, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely, affix the label, and drop it off at any authorized location of the carrier indicated on the label.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed after our approval, first check with your bank or card issuer. Then contact us at info@lauramerciier.com.
